About the Event
On Saturday March 5, 2022, we will be hosting The Finer Symposium, our first annual women's wellness symposium. The purpose of this event is to promote wellness within the Black and Brown adult (age 18+) female community through interactive workshops, hands-on experiences and networking opportunities - all in the realm of wellness. To us, wellness encompasses mental, physical, emotional, financial, spiritual and professional well-being. All areas of focus during this one day symposium! Workshops include: Using CBD Products, Making Body Butter, Self-Defense, Yoga and Vision Boarding & Goal Setting, and Salary Negotiation. This is a FREE event, registration required.
